1) Le sentier des cimes in Laurentiens

737 Rue de la Pisciculture, Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, QC J0T 2G0

A meander of wood that will take you to the top of the trees to a platform that dominates the forest. At a height of 40m, you will have a panoramic view of all the Laurentians.  At the foot of this site accessible by stroller, a very nice park where to picnic. The site is paid for, but we recommend the annual pass which is profitable in just two visits. What to discover the Laurentides every season. In summer, there are even opening evenings fto enjoy shooting stars and northern lights away from thebig citu lights

2) Le Mont King

Departure from Lake Street, Val David.

Val David Regional Park offers several hiking loops but one is particularly suitable for children. The Mount King loop through Lake Street takes you to the top of the Mount King cliff, from which you have a magnificent panorama of the lake in the heart just below. Not accessible to strollers, the ride is still easy in baby carrier and lasts only 1h30. Enough to make proud the small hikers who have reached the summit without big difficulties. It is worth noting a small stream passage for which you have to pass some rocks. You will have to give the hand to the smaller ones. Entry is $9 per
adult.

Accessible to strollers, this easy path runs along the river and offers beautiful views of the waterfalls. If the low slope is made in about 1h, it is also possible to make the loop of the panorama that rises in the forest to overlook the river. This part requires a baby carrier. The entrance is $7 for those over 6 years.

4) Le petit train du Nord

This cycle path, which turns into a cross-country ski trail in winter, is accessible to bicycles, strollers, scooters and walkers. It is the perfect route to discover the lakes and rivers that follow it, almost flat, and away from cars. The trail stretches 234km, so you’ll have plenty to explore!

At @aixpat_patrouille, we especially like the portion around Val David and Val Morin. Icing on the cake, the whole course is free.

5) Le parc du Mont Loup Garou

Saint Adele

This park is a wonder in the fall. It is not really accessible to strollers (the trail on Lake Matley is closed) but it offers the discovery of a beautiful forest, where birch and maple trees quibble in a mixture of gold and red. Nevertheless be careful with the little ones, the trails are also frequented by visits that sometimes descend very quickly. The rate of access is left to the free choice of the visitors.

Mont Tremblant Park, Pimbina area

This part of Mont Tremblant Park is completely accessible by stroller!
