Family Festivals

This weekend, many municipalities are organizing family festivals. Here are a few I found, but I strongly encourage you to check your city's website to see if a similar event is happening near you. Family festivals are often free or low-cost activities, perfect for spending time with your loved ones.

  1. Sainte-Julie: Join the "Family Day" in Sainte-Julie, which offers a multitude of FREE ACTIVITIES with the theme "In the Super Mario Universe!" Enjoy a festive atmosphere with inflatables, a course, entertainment, music, a community picnic, and much more! In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the next day. For more information, visit their website. Head to Edmour-J.-Harvey Park on September 10th, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
  2. Sainte-Julienne: As part of the 175th anniversary celebrations of Sainte-Julienne, the Municipality is organizing a family festival at Quatre-vents Park on Saturday, September 9th, from 10 AM to 4 PM. For more details, check their website.
  3. Saint-Basile le Grand: Get ready for a memorable family day with face painting, inflatables, booths, street performers, and much more! This grand day is scheduled for Sunday, September 10th, from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, in the heart of the old village (Place des Générations, rue Principale, and montée Robert). For more information, visit their website.
  4. Saint-Amable Cultural and Family Fair: Enjoy FREE activities for the whole family, including a meeting with firefighters, an artisan market, modular games, organization booths, board games, a food booth, and a show by Caisse 606.
