On October 14, 15 or 16, 2022, all families across Quebec can take part in the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie’s 5km Grande Marche for free. More than 100 municipalities are participating in this great event. It’s a great way to show that physical activity and healthy living is fun for the whole family.
You can register and participate in one of the organized events, but it is also possible to do the walk in the place you want. It’s important to register to show your support for the cause and maybe win the contest and win one of the 50 coats.

For people in the Quebec City area, the Plains of Abraham offer a family treasure hunt that is available until November 6, 2022. In a mysterious atmosphere, you can use the tools in your magic bag to find the treasures.

For families in Greater Montreal, La Ronde organizes until October 30, Pumpkin Festival for small children. In addition to the rides, there will be magicians, balloon sculptors, the queen and king sweets offering candy to the little ones, a children’s maze and several other animations. For the younger ones, it closes at 18:00 to give way to more fear.
For those 12 and over, there will be the Festival de la Frayeur in the evening. Haunted houses, areas of fear and rides to bring thrills to the greatest. Moving characters will help make more nightmares.
